Tripper has done quite a lot at a very young age.  The 2004 Akita Club of America National Specialty Best in Sweepstakes Winner, Tripper has never not been ready for the competition.  His first weekend out in the classes at 7 months old, Tripper went Best of Breed his first day in the ring over a special, and then the following day went Best of Breed over Top Specials at the Garden State Akita Club Supported Entry.  Included in those specials was his mother,  Ch. Electra, a multiple group Winner, his father, Ch. Cutter, another group winner, and his uncle, Ch. Serge, yet another group winner.  For this reason he will forever be known as our Sicilian dog for pulling off the whacking of a lifetime.  

Tripper's accomplishments in the ring don't end there.  After finishing in just a few shows, he was bumped  up and Tripper did what he does best; he won.  Tripper went Group 2 and Group 3 that weekend.  The following weekend, his first weekend  as a Special, Tripper went in and won his first group 1, followed the next day by a group 3.  All this and he was just 17 months old.  

Tripper has now had some time to grow up and mature, both physically and mentally. He is ready, and will be coming to a ring near you, to be Specialed regularly. We expect outstanding things from him in as well as outside the ring.  His son, Deer Run's Sole Man (Loner) is getting ready to be shown.  His movement, type and topline make him a very exciting up and comer. Tripper is  one of the friendliest, sweetest Akitas I've ever met! He is a terrific ambassador for the breed!  I'm proud to have been able to add him to my kennel!
